1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk15 ("pk15", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk15 website at pk15.vip and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any promotional programmes.

By accessing pk15, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of pk15 immediately.

• You must register using accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

pk15 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion without providing a reason.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk15 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify pk15 of any unauthorised access.

pk15 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk15 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Players must notify pk15 promptly if any account information changes, including mobile number, email address, or payment method details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or prevent withdrawals.

pk15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is suspected or confirmed;
• Multiple accounts are detected for the same individual;
• KYC documentation cannot be verified satisfactorily;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is identified;
• Account activity is inconsistent with stated personal information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk15 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit cards, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific payment methods may vary.

Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Deposits are generally credited to the player's account immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. pk15 does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed on the same business day where submitted within processing hours. pk15 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation before authorising any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment methods registered in the player's own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

pk15 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of responsible gaming checks, bonus wagering requirement verification, or fraud and AML (anti-money laundering) review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk15 offers promotional bonuses from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and referral programmes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions applicable across pk15 include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18+ only;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts or VPN services to circumvent eligibility criteria — will be voided and associated winnings forfeited;
• pk15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk15 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. For cricket and PSL betting:

• Bets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC);
• In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result void, pk15 reserves the right to apply specific settlement rules published for that market;
• pk15 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any other integrity concern.

pk15 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including for reasons of unusual bet patterns, suspected arbitrage, or integrity concerns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on pk15:

• Cheating, collusion, the use of software bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in money laundering or using pk15 as a mechanism for any unlawful financial activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk15 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Providing false information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

pk15 cooperates with relevant authorities and may disclose account information where required by law or regulatory obligation.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk15 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss limits: Cap your losses per session or per period;
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after a specified play duration;

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk15 intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of pk15, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

pk15 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical downtime, system maintenance, or network disruption outside its reasonable control.

pk15's total aggregate liability to any player shall in no event exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

pk15 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pk15 you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk15 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk15 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the pk15 website. Amendments take effect upon publication. Where changes are material, pk15 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of pk15 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk15 is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk15's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Players retain the right to seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

pk15's internal complaints procedure provides the first avenue of redress. Players wishing to raise a complaint should contact pk15 support with full details of the issue. pk15 commits to acknowledging complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
